Thanks to our exclusive flexologist™ training, we guarantee you a mind-blowing, top-notch stretching session that will leave you floating on cloud nine.   Salary + Commissions  $55k - 72K+ COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: * This position offers very competitive pay  * Opportunity for bonuses, based on performance * Unlimited growth potential as well within the company.   POSITION: Looking for an Assistant General Manager who can effortlessly juggle everything from sales to instructors while keeping our studio in tip-top shape!   REQUIREMENTS: * Oversee daily operations, including staff management, scheduling, and client bookings, to ensure smooth and efficient studio operations. * Lead and motivate a team of talented Flexologists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them deliver exceptional stretching sessions. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and goals, and ensuring their experience at StretchLab El Segundo exceeds expectations. * Drive sales and revenue growth by implementing effective marketing strategies, promoting our services, and cultivating partnerships within the local community. * Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients. * Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety protocols to create a comfortable and hygienic space for clients and staff. * Collaborate with the regional management team, sharing insights, participating in training programs, and contributing to the overall success of StretchLab.   Qualifications: * Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in the wellness, fitness, or hospitality industry. * Passion for wellness and a genuine interest in helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and foster positive relationships. * Sales-driven mindset and experience in driving business growth through effective marketing and promotional activities. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. * Proficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc. * Knowledge of stretching techniques or previous experience in the wellness field is a plus. * Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required.   So, if you're ready to dive headfirst into the world of stretching, where every day brings a new opportunity to make a difference in someone's life, then StretchLab El Segundo is the place for you.
