　　We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented CNO Developer to join our team in Herndon, Virginia. As a CNO Developer at ManTech, you will play a crucial role in developing hardware and software-based Computer Network Operations (CNO) capabilities. You will support operations planning, scenario testing, and execution, conduct applied research and development, and contribute to the enhancement of security capabilities.

　　Roles and Responsibilities:

　　Develop hardware or software-based CNO capabilities.

　　Support operations planning, scenario testing, and execution.

　　Conduct applied research and development to analyze, design, and identify desired programmatic behaviors.

　　Evaluate and analyze complex malicious code using various tools, including disassemblers, debuggers, hex editors, unpackers, virtual machines, and network sniffers.

　　Develop and execute plans for new technologies to enhance security capabilities, including perimeter security protections, firewalls, proxies, load balancers, monitoring tools, and data analytics and analysis.

　　Verify the quality of CNO capabilities.

　　Build knowledge of the company, processes, and customers.

　　Receive a moderate level of guidance and direction.

　　Solve standard problems by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment, and precedents.

　　Impact the quality of your work and the work of others on the team; work within guidelines and policies.

　　Explain information to others in straightforward situations.

　　No supervisory responsibilities but may provide guidance to new associates.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of relevant hands-on experience or 10+ years of relevant hands-on experience.

　　Experience working with emulation technologies such as VMs, QEMU, and Docker.

　　Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python3.

　　Ability to work with a wide variety of computing environments, including Windows, Linux, iOS, Android, and embedded systems.

　　Expanded knowledge and experience in your area; incumbents are still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills.

　　Requires expanded conceptual knowledge in your area of expertise while developing additional skill sets.

　　Understand key business drivers and use this understanding to accomplish your work.

　　Preferred Qualifications :

　　Bachelor's Degree and 9 years of relevant hands-on experience.**Security Clearance -**Currently hold an Active TS/SCI Clearance.
