CNC Swiss Screw Machine Operator needed in Yorba Linda, CA

　　If you have Star, Deco, or Citizen Machine experience that works too!

　　Temp to Hire!

　　Schedule: Monday-Friday 230pm-1130pm

　　Pay Rate: $25.48 hour

　　Performs day-to-day machine operations in a machine center production environment to produce titanium parts.

　　ACCOUNTABILITIES:

　　Working with different types of metal to make small parts for dental implants

　　Must be familiar with X, Y and X presets

　　Must be able to read and understand blueprints

　　Must be able to use small hand tools, such as micrometers

　　Interfaces with quality assurance and quality control to maintain quality of work produced

　　Perform standard shop computations relating to dimensions of work

　　Regular utilization of a wide variety of precision measuring instruments.

　　Ability to lift 25 pounds

　　20/20 vision with or without aid

　　High school minimum (college, technical, or trade preferred)

　　Strong mechanical aptitude

　　Basic knowledge of safety and hazardous material regulations

　　Knowledge retention of FDA Quality System requirements ("Good Manufacturing Practices") and ISO 9001 requirements after training

　　Basic CNC programming knowledge, enough to upload/download programs to machines

　　Certification to train Nobel Biocare employees in CNC Processes

　　Basic English proficiency at a High School level both in oral communications and reading comprehension

　　Ability to work directly from blueprints and drawings

　　Technical skills to produce a finished screw machine part after the machine is set up.
