Job Description:

　　-Set up and operate a CNC for medium-high volume production.

　　-Notify supervisor of abnormal situations for corrective action.

　　-Make recommendations for improvements in methods of performance of work.

　　-Maintain good housekeeping conditions and enforce safety practices.

　　-Complete and maintain any required documentation.

　　Qualifications:

　　-Strong Geometric Dimensional & Tolerances, and math skills

　　-Understanding of basic tabletop gages – Micrometers, Calipers, Sunnen gages, bore micrometers

　　-Ability to reach machining CNC programs and have a basic understanding of common “G” and “M” codes

　　-Experience with Siemens controls for lathe machine tools, preferred

　　-Good verbal and written communications skills.

　　-Organization and time management skills.

　　-Problem solving/analysis
