　　RESPONSIBILITY: Sets up and operates three axis CNC Lathes

　　EDUCATION / SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

　　Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and orally.

　　High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred

　　Two (2) years CNC experience required

　　Understand and execute basic math

　　Familiar with the use of gauges and measurement devices

　　Knowledge of CNC programming and general machining principles is beneficial

　　JOB DUTIES:

　　Ensure proper material and stock size for job.

　　Perform machine set ups and first piece inspection.

　　Document all information needed to run job.

　　Operate machines and inspect parts in accordance with Quality Procedure

　　Verify conformance of parts using micrometers, dial indicators, and optical comparator.

　　Review job during run and notify lead person of cycle time variations.

　　Accurately weigh up parts for correct daily count and record information on time slip.

　　Perform daily and routine preventive maintenance functions.
