  Sales Enablement Specialist-Carmel, IN (Hybrid)

  (The candidate will work 4 days a week in the office and 1 day a week from a remote location)

  The Sales Enablement Specialist is a critical role that enables both the field and virtual selling teams to be at their best. This professional will develop, implement, and optimize sales enablement strategies that support the sales team in their ability to generate and close opportunities. They will understand the buyer journey and ensure sales teams are equipped to navigate conversations effectively.

  This role will be on-site 4 days a week in Carmel, IN supporting multiple Regional Sales Offices (RSOs) throughout the US Commercial business.

  What You Will Do:

  Sales Tools Implementation :

  Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, IT and other departments to manage sales tools, such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM)and other systems, sales playbooks, and communication platforms.

  Evaluate and introduce new sales tools and technologies that enhance the productivity of the sales team.

  Prospect Qualification Support :

  Assist in lead nurturing and development, helping sales reps qualify prospects effectivelyvia data analysis, systems management, processes and customer-facing conversations.

  Identify opportunities for improving sales processes through data analysis and metrics management

  Customer Personas :

  Collaborate with marketing to create detailed customer personas. Understand the pain points, motivations, and buying behaviors of our target audience. Use this information to tailor sales content and strategies.Content Creation :

  Develop and curate sales collateral, including case studies, competitive information, proposal templates, and prospect-facing materials.Sales Training :

  Facilitate training sessions for the sales team, ensuring they are well-versed in product knowledge, value propositions, and effective selling techniques.

  Assist with ongoing learning opportunities and resources that aid in advancing the skill set of the sales team.

  Cross-Functional Collaboration :

  Work closely with marketing, product, and sales leadership to support initiatives and messaging. Ensure all departments are aligned onsales enablement efforts.What You Need to Succeed:

  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

  3-5 years of equivalent experience required

  Experience developing and implementing successful sales enablement resources

  Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and technologies

  Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  Experience with sales CRM/tools

  Ability to formulate and drive overarching sales enablement strategies

  Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions

  Ability to work effectively across different departments and teams

  Ability to travel 10%-15% supporting RSO Office
