JOB REQUIREMENTS: Stoughton Health\'s Ortho Team Clinic is looking for aCertified Medical Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. TheClinic Assistant is responsible for providing supportive patient care ina medical office setting under the direction of a physician inaccordance with policies and procedures of the practice. Preparespatients to see the healthcare provider for exams, takes and relaysprecise messages, follows the healthcare provider\'s needs forscheduling tests, collecting specimens and directing patients to theappropriate resources. Takes inventory of medical and exam roomsupplies. Stocks rooms in preparation for the daily work schedule.Duties also include cleaning, sterilizing, and storing instruments inaccordance with practice policies. This position may require travelbetween Specialty Clinic sites located in Stoughton and Madison.***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications include:High school Graduate or Equivalent. Successful completion of a MedicalAssistant Vocational Training Program or equivalent relevant workexperience in lieu of education. Requires previous experience in ahealthcare setting. Prefer prior experience in a clinic setting. Preferlicensure as a Certified Medical Assistant, however it\'s not required.Must have current BLS certification and Non-violent crisis interventiontraining is required every two years on a rolling calendar.
