Job Summary:
As the Hardscape Foreman, one will be responsible for effectively communicating with clients when in the field, overseeing a crew of workers, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients when necessary and address customer concerns. Effectively communicates with customer needs to the Client Relations RepresentativeHas an advanced understanding of hardscape construction projects. This includes a clear understanding of the processes for properly laying pavers for patios and operating heavy equipment.Coordinate, direct, and lead crews to the completion of hardscape projectsSupervise crews through project completion ensuring quality workmanship and efficiency.Proficiently operate and care for a variety of landscape and construction tools and equipment. Including but not limited to skid steers, tampers, and excavators.Maintain a clean and safe work environment, worksite, and equipment maintenance. Train crew members to properly use equipment and perform job duties to the Ground Works Land Design standard.Perform daily inspections of equipment to ensure all are in good operating condition. This includes but not limited to hand tools, landscape equipment and company fleet.Accurately complete all documents and records related to a project including billable work and tracking of project productivity.Positively promote the company cultureFollow company policies and procedures.Perform all other duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:

Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving recordAble to work successfully with limited supervision.Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is a plus.Minimum 3 years' experience in hardscape installationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAble to work in a fast-paced environment a plus.Able to analyze diverse problems and consistently make proper decisions.[]{sty=""}
