Fort Apache Road #115. *Please remember to bring a copy of your resume.    POSITION:  The purpose of the Front Desk is to assist members with customer service, close sales, and communicate via all platforms.   REQUIREMENTS: * Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required * Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training * Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system * Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday * Hearing sufficient to understand conversations, both in person and on the telephone * Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines * Must communicate professionally and effectively to clients and colleagues * Must have excellent public speaking skills * Must have proficient computer skills * Weekend availability required, ability to work in Henderson/ Green Valley , Henderson Studio RESPONSIBILITIES: * Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close * Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants * Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production * Emphasize of the objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider * Present available services to current or prospective members * Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota * Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club * Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills * Assist in maintaining studio cleanliness * Other duties as assigned COMPENSATION & PERKS: * Hourly pay plus commission on sales for new memberships and retail * Opportunities for growth within the studios including additional sales and management positions with additional opportunities in franchised locations across the US * Note: this is a part-time position for one of our 7 local studios Centennial Hills, Summerlin, Spring Valley, Henderson, Green Valley, Mountains Edge, Aliante * Group reformer classes may be accessible to employees when available.
