About Sales Professional- Powersports

  RideNow Powersports Concord, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking energetic, confident, enthusiastic, and positive individuals to join our growing team of customer service superstars! If you are an active listener, exceptional problem solver, a salesman at heart, and have a passion for powersports you may be the perfect fit for this team!

  The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about powersports vehicles and have a knack for interacting with customers in a helpful manner. This position is a commission-based career, which means you can maximize your income based on the effort you put in and make an awesome living!

  Responsibilities

  Assist guests through the purchase process from selection to numbers to financing and delivery ensuring their time with us is easy and stress free!

  Sell motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features. Develop qualifying buyers and closing sales.

  Sell the passion and excitement of powersports to our customers.

  Make introductions to other departments to ensure cross selling of Parts and Accessories, Financing, Insurance Products and Services, Warranties, and Service Plans.

  Patiently and persistently follow up on all prospects and customers, using proactive sales techniques.

  Follow a well-structured sales process (that works!)

  Enter data into our CRM on all client information and interactions.

  Stay up to date with our brand, product knowledge, company information, sales, and company-wide events, truly becoming a resource to our customer base.

  Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

  Requirements

  Minimum of 1+ year experience in customer service (customer-facing roles).

  Minimum of 6+ months experience in sales with demonstrated closing skills.

  Possess knowledge of multiple brands and products in the powersports industry.

  Available to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays and overtime.

  Attention to detail and organized.

  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  Teamwork- works well with others and helps even when not asked.

  Proficiency with the Office Suite of applications, smartphone, email, and social media apps.

  Riding experience and current motorcycle endorsement are desired, but not required.

  Punctuality is key.
