　　Club Lounge Ambassador

　　Together with your team, redefine the understanding of luxury.

　　Your tasks:

　　Personal care of our demanding guests and top VIPs in our exclusive Club Lounge

　　Check-in and Check-out

　　Concierge activities such as booking theatre and event tickets as well as the sale of sightseeing tours

　　Coordination of food and beverage service

　　Complaint management

　　Your Competencies:

　　Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry

　　Previous Professional experience at the Reception or in Guest Relations

　　Friendliness, flexibility, reliability and a high degree of responsibility

　　Attention to detail

　　Professional communication skills and appearance

　　resilience, teamwork and flexibility

　　Quality awareness

　　A gift for paying attention to the smallest details

　　excellent knowledge of German and English in spoken and written language is required, any further foreign language is advantageous

　　knowledge on how to use the software OPERA and MS Office are advantageous
