Mission Heating Air is looking to hire full-time HVAC experienced Service TechnicianRequired Qualifications:- 3+ combined HVAC Service experience and/or HVAC technical school training- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills- Current EPA certificate- Basic understanding of city/county installation codes- Must provide their own basic set of tools- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills- Montana drivers license and insurable driving record- Ability and willingness to float between service and installation departments as incoming workflow changes- Must be able to meet the physical demands of this position: bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling, climbing ladders, lifting 30+ from ground, etc.- Able to approach assigned work in a professional manner, working toward the common goal of teamwork, pride in service delivery and continuous improvement- Must possess computer/smart phone literacy and be able/willing to learn work order and time tracking software- Good understanding of all HVAC low voltage systems- Good understanding of a wide range of residential and commercial equipment for repairing and/or performing maintenance- Provide three referencesDesired Qualifications:- Excellent organizational skills- Excellent written and verbal English language skills- Possess or be willing to acquire NATE certification- Experience servicing boilersPay Scale $27 - $35/hour + spiffsHours: Slightly flexible 40 hours per week within business hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, overtime is approved as needed.Full job description available by calling 406-883-7880 or sending email to: [email protected]
