Your main responsibilities will revolve around engaging with potential and existing members, managing/booking appointments, and contributing to the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility. Key Responsibilities: * Lead Generation: * Proactively call and follow up with leads to provide information about Anytime Fitness membership options. * Utilize effective communication skills to engage and motivate potential members to visit the gym. * Appointment Booking: * Efficiently schedule and manage appointments for prospective members to tour the facility and learn about membership benefits. * Ensure a seamless booking process to enhance the overall member experience. * Member Engagement: * Contact delinquent members to discuss outstanding payments, providing support and solutions to retain their membership. * Foster positive relationships with current members through regular communication, addressing concerns, and promoting gym activities. * Membership Sign-Ups: * Guide interested individuals through the membership sign-up process, explaining membership options, fees, and benefits. * Accurately input member information into the system to maintain up-to-date records. * Gym Cleanliness: * Help assist in keeping cleanliness of the gym (restocking, laundry, vacuuming/mopping, etc.) * Conduct regular checks to ensure equipment is organized, and facilities are well-maintained. Qualifications: * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Customer-focused with the ability to engage and connect with diverse individuals. * Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage appointments and data accurately. * Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is a plus. * Basic knowledge of fitness and gym operations. Working Hours: This is a part-time position that requires evenings, Saturday mornings, & non-major holiday coverage. The schedule consists of: Monday- Thursday 5pm-9pm & Saturday 10am-2pm
