JOB SUMMARY

　　The Clinician position at CCS Outpatient Counseling will provide counseling services in an outpatient setting. The model of treatment provided is dependent upon each individual's needs. This role will be responsible for collaborating with other providers to provide holistic care to clients, developing individualized treatment plans for each patient that identifies individualized, measurable goals, and documenting treatment progress and goals in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR). The Clinician will model appropriate social interaction skills, including boundaries, communication, conflict resolution, etc. with patients, families, peers, and others.

　　JOB REQUIREMENTS

　　Education:

　　A Master's degree in Social Work required

　　Valid State of Maine license as a Clinical Social Worker

　　Valid driver's license

　　Experience:

　　1-3 years experience in an outpatient setting preferred

　　Other Skills Required:

　　Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills required

　　Ability to travel to other office sites as needed
