Duties:- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for preschool children- Teach various subjects, including math and physical education, in a fun and engaging manner- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow- Foster social and emotional development through positive interactions and guidance- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment- Maintain a clean and organized classroomSkills:- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues- Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with young children- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles- Organizational skills to manage classroom materials and resources effectively
