**[Position Overview[The Clinical Wound Care Sales Representative role is a field sales role with a significant geographic travel responsibility. This role is based on the ability to drive revenue with the First Nation Group wound care portfolio. This representative will be highly trained in all aspects of the business to enhance the value First Nation Group brings to government wound care departments. In addition, this representative must feel comfortable making daily phone calls, scheduling customer appointments, traveling three to four days per week, working with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners, generating interest, and closing sales.

Develop meaningful relationships with new customers and deepening relationships with existing customersDevelop a strong knowledge base with regard to First Nation Groups products and value add programsSell the First Nation Group wound care product portfolio, perform in-person product demonstrations, train end users on the proper use of product, and work in collaboration with OEM partners for product adoptionPerform online demos to prospects on an as need basisSell clinical and operational solutions to all levels of decision makers across multiple agencies in the government marketManage complex customer solutions over the phoneSeek new wound care products to add to the First Nation Group portfolio and work with Business Development Team to bring to marketExpand current customer databaseForm strategic relationships with each OEM counterpart to successfully promote and sell productsUnderstand all government contracts, where products reside, and explain purchase options to customersCold calling and prospecting to develop new business opportunitiesPrepare bids/quotesWork cross departmentally to identify new opportunities/leads leveraging data analytics and field intelMaintain customer engagement and purchase history using a Customer Relationship Management tool (e.g., Insightly) and other software**[Supervisory Responsibilities[There are no supervisory responsibilities for this role.
