　　Job Summary

　　The primary responsibility of this position is to initiate and oversee business processes associated with clinical trials throughout all phases of the trial. This will include financial set-up, budget negotiations, and ensuring compliance for research patient billing. This position will provide day to day accounting for all research projects conducted by the Avera Research Institute and ensure transactions between departments, patient accounts and sponsors are processed in an accurate and timely manner. Responsible for ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, regulations and governmental or sponsor requirements and the Avera Compliance department.

　　Education and/or Experience

　　Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, business or related field required.

　　Experience with HCPCS\CPT coding preferred

　　Hospital billing experience preferred

　　One to two years related research experience and/or training preferred.

　　Work Schedule

　　7:30am-4:00pm; 80hrs/2wks

　　Pay

　　The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

　　$22.50 - $34.25 per hour
