North Shore Community Health (NSCH) is an industry leader in the exceptional delivery of community healthcare. We are looking for a full-time Hybrid clinical training coordinator. This position entails working with the Director of Clinical Training to coordinate training and educational meetings for clinicians. They will create and organize an onboarding schedule for Clinicians, including Per Diem Clinicians, Interns/Students precepting, and maintaining Per Diem timecards. The Clinical Training Coordinator is expected to assist the Chief Medical Officer with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Clinical Training Tasks:
Act as a liaison with the Maven Project to coordinate mentorship meetings and other educational sessions. The Maven Project is an organization that addresses inequities in health care by connecting clinicians at safety net clinics with expert physician volunteers for medical advice, mentorship, and education, giving clinic patients rapid access to high-quality specialty care.
Collaborate with operations coordinates and maintain the clinician and mentor schedules to ensure blocked times are used appropriately.
Coordinates meetings for new providers with preceptors, etc....
Aid in onboarding all clinical staff specifically with scheduling and coordinating meetings.
Aid the Director of Clinical Training in setting up clinical training and coordinate guest speakers and educators.
Ensures all training information and material is disseminated after the education session.
Manage and coordinate the meeting cadence for all clinical staff, including guild meetings for Clinicians, RNs (Registered Nurses), and MAs (Medical Assistants).
Collaborate with Population Health to organize meetings for clinicians to review quality metrics.
Collaborate with the Compliance and Credentialing and the Director of Clinical Training to schedule Peer Review sessions for Clinicians.
Create and maintain a SharePoint site containing clinical education content, training, and other resources.
In collaboration with the Director of Clinical Training, this person will conduct an annual provider survey to assess the clinical education needs.
Administrative Tasks:
Complete timecards for per diem Clinicians.
Maintain Per Diem Scheduling, including basket coverage and onsite clinical work.
In collaboration with the Practice Manager, coordinates staffing for Saturday clinic.
Act as administrative support for Per Diem Clinicians, such as managing call-outs and schedule changes.
Assist the Chief Medical Officer with scheduling as needed.
Requirements
Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is a plus.
Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role, with a preference for involvement in clinical training or education programs.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining schedules and records.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite is required, and EPIC is a plus.
Familiarity with scheduling systems and coordination tools.
Collaborating effectively with various stakeholders, including clinicians, mentors, and operational staff.
Knowledge of healthcare compliance and credentialing processes is a plus.
Experience in managing and updating SharePoint sites.
Ability to effectively coordinate mentorship meetings, educational sessions, and training schedules.
Experience in organizing and disseminating training materials and information post-education sessions.
Skill in coordinating and managing meetings for different clinical staff groups, including guild meetings and quality metric reviews.
Ability to create and maintain a SharePoint site and utilize other relevant technologies for administrative tasks.
Collaborative team player with the ability to work with diverse teams.
Empathy and understanding of the needs of clinical staff.
Professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands in a healthcare setting.
Completion of all required NSCH trainings.
