Responsibilities:
Provide clinical and administrative supervision to clinicians; proactively address any client and administrative issues with respect to therapeutic services
Assess and assign intakes; monitor daily census and any corresponding referral sources.
Regularly review documentation to ensure program compliance with all state, insurance and accreditation regulations.
Participate in meetings regarding program development, policies, and procedures, etc. as needed.
Collaborate with Program Director and Quality Improvement Team to ensure progress towards quality assurance benchmarks.
Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled and provide consultation with team members as needed.
Assist in the overall management of the program and staff as directed or in the absence of Program Director.
Assist Program Director in development of comprehensive training for clinical staff, peer coaches, program participants, and their families as needed.
Provide individual and family psychotherapy as needed; ability to participate in merit-based Manager Clinical Incentive Program and see clients for up to 5 hours per week between the hours of 9-5 and be paid at billable rate.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in human services; LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LADC-1 required.
3 years related experience post-Master’s degree with one year of supervisory experience preferred.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect information from different sources.
Demonstrated skills with motivating team and driving results to meet goals.
