Actalent is hiring medical professionals with call center/customer service experience in the Jacksonville, FL area!

　　Description:

　　Answer inbound phone calls efficiently and with proper etiquette (expected 80-100 calls/day)

　　Schedule patient appointments in the correct office with the appropriate care team member

　　Triage calls to determine the urgency of patients' need and escalate to the clinic when necessary

　　Direct phone calls to the appropriate department as necessary (ie Medical Records, Referrals, Billing)

　　Provide patients with general information, location, and answers to questions

　　Accurately document conversations within the patient's medical record

　　Document and send communications to the clinical team via the EMR

　　Minimum Requirements:

　　Telemarketing/Call Center Experience: min. 1 year

　　Clinical experience/schooling (e.g: Medical Assistants, Pharmacy Technicians, CNAs)

　　High School Graduate

　　Fundamental understanding of the U.S. Healthcare system, including basic medical terminology and medical insurance knowledge

　　Electronic Health Records experience

　　Schedule:

　　Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
