A large manufacturing company in Audubon, PA is looking for Service Technicians to support their service department! These will interview and start IMMEDIATELY! Must be good with on-phone customer service skills and meeting deadlines.

　　1st shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

　　Description: Service Technicians

　　experience testing or repairing electronics

　　familiarity with AC/DC circuitry

　　proficient and familiar with multimeter or voltmeter

　　This candidate will be responsible for helping assist customers troubleshoot and find solutions to the issues surrounding their various flashlight models. This person will be responsible for answering telephones and working through issues with customers, putting in work orders as well as making hands on repairs.

　　Electro-mechanical and electronic repair of flashlights

　　Utilize multimeter to test voltage on batteries and wiring

　　Performing light soldering of electronic components

　　Engaging customers over the phone to inform them of necessary repairs that are being made as well as providing price quotes

　　Maintaining accurate repair records on all returned products

　　$20/hour!
