Description:
The Clinical Research Coordinator II independently manages
and oversee the day-to-day activities of a clinical trial in accordance with
Good Clinical Research Practice (GCP). Responsibilities included overseeing the
execution of a study procedures as outlined by the study protocol (and related
documents), screening for and managing the review of medical records and other
sources for eligible research patients, overseeing data collection and
management of all processes related to entering data into trial systems, source
data record retention, and coordinating patient/subjects study protocol
requirements with various departments. The CRCIII will require an
impeccable attention to detail, sound judgment, and a high level of knowledge
of medical terminology and protocol requirements. This individual will work
under minimal supervision. Upon occasion, this individual may act in a lead
capacity or as back-up to the Clinical Research Coordinator IV. Workload- 5-8
studies.
2+ years of clinical research experience supporting drug trials
patient facing and data entry

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Education: BA/BS required with 2+ years clinical research experience
Experience: Dependent on education as noted above. (Clinical research conducted while in the student environment may be considered on a case-by-case basis). Experience working in health care/health care setting required.
Licensures & Certifications: Successful completion of CITI Program and IATA training required within 3 months of hire. Certification in research through a professional organization required within 1 year of hire.
