This job is HYBRID.FTE: 1.000000 Shift: Shift 1 Job Summary: The Clinical Coordinator willbe the primary contact and resource to the physician/researcher theresearch staff, and Froedtert Health department Leaders and staff forthe clinical research protocols and/or projects. This position will beresponsible for performing a comprehensive Medicare Coverage Analysis,provide assistance to Froedtert Health departments to provide thehospitals pricing for research project needs, helping to identify anddetermine hospital operational and clinical feasibility, providepertinent education, collaborate to develop a study billing plan tosupport billing compliance as necessary. This position will reportdirectly to the Manager of the Office of Clinical Research andInnovative Care. Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: Aminimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting isrequired. Hospital billing compliance experience is preferred.Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid billing rules is preferred.Medical auditing, billing, quality management, case management and/orconsulting experience is preferred.EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Bachelor\'sdegree in Nursing is required.SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Must exerciseindependent judgment; Must have excellent written and oral communicationskills; Ability to work in a team and demonstrated interpersonal skills.Must have general understanding of services that are standard of care ina hospital setting versus those that are research orinnovative.LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: Requires current state of WisconsinRegistered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from aparticipating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact).
