　　Bolton & Menk is now looking to add an experiencedCivil Project Managerto join our North Dakota team in either Fargo, Grand Forks or Bismarck. We strongly believe in providing our clients with the best service, we are looking for a licensed engineer who wants to drive client relationships and business development for the market.

　　What You Will Be Doing:

　　As aCivil Project Manageryou will be responsible for planning, development, and completion of projects ensuring client satisfaction and budget management. This role will have a hybrid focus on our municipal and/or transportation market in the Central and Eastern North Dakota and Northwestern Minnesota region.

　　What We Are Looking For:

　　Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university

　　Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of North Dakota and/or Minnesota

　　10+ years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including experience working with municipal infrastructure.

　　Experience with client relationship management and business development.

　　Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration.

　　Experience with municipal business development and building strong client relationships

　　Experience conducting community meetings and communication

　　Previous supervisory experience
