In this role you will:

Act as a Business Analyst, working with Wholesale operations teams to build out a shared mailbox management solution effecting 1000+ mailboxes which will give group ability to summarize cases, gather data, and eventually utilize AI to create long term solutions.

Will be building PowerPoint decks for presentations to supporting to the execution, creation, and implementation of the case management tool.

Support UAT testing for technology products

Gather data, updates, and key points from contributors to identifying new technology opportunities within wholesale operations

Collaborate with leadership to identify overall messaging in presentations on progress

Required Qualifications

MS PowerPoint – ability to build decks, templates, and deliver messaging to senior leadership

UAT testing

Strong Communications and project support skills

Desired Qualifications:

Experience working with dynamic or UI technology

Working experience with Power Bi

Working experience with wealth management group
