　　The Clinical Pharmacist is the therapeutic consultant utilizing his/her critical skills in areas that include rational and appropriate use of medication and the provision of clinical pharmacy services.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree - Graduate from an accredited College of Pharmacy. Or

　　PharmD

　　Coursework/Training: PGY-1 Residency training with 1 year of experience within relevant practice setting

　　2 years of experience within relevant practice setting.

　　Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire.
