　　Job Purpose:

　　The Benefits Specialist supports the coordination of all company employee benefits programs andleads the company'swellnessprogram.This position reports to the Total Rewards Manager.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Providessupport and maintenance of the employee benefit programsincludinghealth, dental, vision,ancillarybenefits, flexible spending plan, health savings account,and401(k)plan

　　Leads the company wellness program and committee, coordinating wellness events andrewards

　　Partner with the Total Rewards Manager on strategy execution forallcompanybenefits

　　Supportsallbenefitprocesses such asenrollments,terminations, COBRA notifications,benefitclaims,FMLA,and compliancetesting  

　　Helps lead andassistnew hire orientation

　　Audit benefit invoicing andsubmitHSA & FSA funding using HRIS records

　　Compiles andmaintainsemployee benefit records anddocuments in HRIS

　　Providesexcellent customer service to internal and externalcustomers, responding to benefit inquiries as needed

　　Supports new hires and annual open enrollmentperiod 

　　Distributes materials for benefit orientations, open enrollment, and summary plandescriptions

　　Helpmaintainand administeremployee incentive plans

　　Maintain company intranet sites for benefits and wellness programs

　　Provideadministrative support tothehuman resources team asneeded

　　Skills/Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree in business orasimilar degreerequired

　　1-3 years of related HR/Benefits or wellness experience required

　　Experience in a professional office setting handling sensitive and confidentialinformation

　　Excellent communication and organization skills

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving ability and attention to detail

　　Displays confidence and strong presentation skills in presenting to groups ofvarioussizes

　　Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meetdeadlines

　　Proven ability to work effectively in a teamenvironment

　　Computerproficiencyand technical aptitude with the ability toutilizean HRIS(CeridianDayforce)and MS Office
