　　Under the general supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, and in accordance with standard procedures, compounds and dispenses medications and pharmaceutical supplies upon receiving written prescriptions from physician. Begins and/or monitors pharmacist clinical activities as needed based on existing or new provider orders.

　　Minimum Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree required. Doctorate of Pharmacy degree preferred. Pharmacy residency preferred. Minimum Experience/Knowledge: Minimum two (2) years of experience in a hospital environment or equivalent preferred. Completion of Accredited Pharmacy Residency program preferred, would substitute for above. Required License/Certification: Current California Pharmacist license and registration in good standing required.
