Requests for exemption can take up to two weeks to review. Vaccination or an approved exemption is required to start work.

　　Clinical Nurse – Adult Ophthalmology Office Practice, NYC Ambulatory setting

　　Hours: 10 hour days flexed Monday - Friday

　　You will:

　　Work within a Nurse-Physician based Ambulatory Care Practice Model.

　　Provide clinical support and assist with management of a caseload of Ophthalmology Oncology patients.

　　Assist with clinical procedures

　　Perform patient assessment, offer patient and family education and symptom management.

　　Act as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide continuity of care throughout various stages of treatment and follow-up.

　　Participate in an extensive training program

　　You need:

　　New York State RN license and BSN

　　A minimum of 1.5 years of related medical/surgical experience required

　　1.5 – 2 years of Ophthalmology experience preferred

　　Ambulatory care experience preferred

　　Pay Range:

　　$87,300-$139,800
