Exceptions from the COVID-19 and Influenza (flu) vaccine requirements are permitted for those who request and receive an approved medical, religious, or fully remote exemption. Requests for exemption can take up to two weeks to review. Vaccination or an approved exemption is required to start work.

　　Clinical Nurse - Hematologic Malignancy Office Practice (Koch)

　　You Will:

　　Work within a Nurse-Physician based Ambulatory Care Leukemia Office Practice Model.

　　Provide clinical support to staff members, and assist with the management of a caseload of ambulatory hematology services patients receiving treatment.

　　Perform patient assessment, symptom management, and offer patient and family education.

　　Participate in the implementation of patient education and clinical support programs to ensure optimal care throughout the healthcare continuum

　　Participate in an individualized training/orientation program geared to providing nursing care in an ambulatory setting.

　　You Need:

　　New York State RN license and BSN

　　1.5 years of related medical/surgical experience required

　　1.5 – 2 years of oncology experience highly preferred

　　Leukemia oncology experience preferred

　　Ambulatory care experience preferred

　　BCLS

　　Hours: Four days x 10 hour shifts flexed Monday - Friday 8AM-6PM
