　　Job Summary:

　　This position is critical to Cordis and CE & T team. He/she needs to be responsible for both internal training & external education programs. He/she needs to design innovative training programs aligned with business strategy. He/she needs to build great relationship with associate & KOLs to develop differentiated & customized education programs in the field. Support CE&T team to deliver state-of-the-art clinical education programs to Chinese doctors. Accelerate global & AP education cooperation.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Clinical Education Role (2/3):

　　Develop the medical education strategy aligned with business strategy.

　　Build closed relationship with association and KOLs.

　　Drive innovation in design and delivery of medical education courses （online & offline）in support of the overall brand.

　　Faultless execute around 20 Endovascular courses each year. Monitor delivery process and control the quality of the courses. Budget control aligned with AOP.

　　Responsible for New product education programs. Leverage oversea education resources, accelerate the synergy and collaboration in APAP and global team.

　　Work closely with sales team & marketing on course measurement and follow-up.

　　医学教育 (2/3):

　　• 制定符合公司业务发展的医学教育战略

　　• 和协会，重要客户建立合作伙伴关系

　　• 设计开发、执行创新医学教育项目（线上/线下），支持Cordis医学教育品牌发展

　　• 高效执行全年约20场外周专业教育项目。提升课程质量，控制课程预算。

　　• 新产品教育项目的开发及设计。充分利用整合全球&亚太专业教育资源。负责开发海外学术项目包括海外进修，尸体班，手术观摩中心项目等。

　　• 与销售市场团队紧密合作，了解内部及外部培训需求，跟进培训结果评估有效性。

　　Sales Training Role (1/3):

　　Responsible for sales competency model design, development, and implementation.

　　Lead Endo supporting function product & procedure training. AAA product training.

　　Deliver selling skill training & sales advanced training courses.

　　Deliver Endo distributor training programs.

　　Periodically update training materials.

　　Deliver AP product training if needed.

　　Requirements, Qualifications & Skills

　　List the education, years of related work experience, certifications and technical skills required for the role. Include a list of hard and soft skills; including personality traits (i.e., Communication and Problem Solving) required to be successful in the role.

　　1 (Education) – Clinical Medicine background

　　2 8+years Medical Device industry experience.

　　3 Clinical Education, Marketing, Sales or Sales Training experience preferred.

　　4 Excellent English

　　5 Work under pressure, excellent communication skill & KOL management skill.

　　6 Innovative & Critical Thinking.

　　英文优秀
