Description:
This position is under the general supervision of the SVP, Director of Information Technology. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining the Bank’s network and computer systems, including all peripherals and subsystems. Subsystems include network hardware, Fiserv systems, servers and user computer systems. Is also responsible for interfacing with vendors for repairs of hardware and installation of software. Capable of making IT systems and network decisions as needed and provides input to the Director of IT. Also acts as the Bank’s liaison, providing technical support to user base.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Responsible for bank specific applications such as Fiserv core banking systems (Premier including, but not limited to BPM, Integrated Teller, Director, Navigator, Access Manager and other Fiserv related systems) as well as non-Fiserv systems such as Laser Pro, 360 View, etc. • Managing enterprise banking systems and related services • Documenting and improving IT processes to improve efficiency • Managing Application user permissions and access • Taking user phone calls or email inquiries and troubleshooting and managing hardware, software or network problems • Installing, configuring and maintaining desktop, thin client and laptop PCs and peripherals • Manage print server and network printers • Maintain and monitor network backups • Creating and managing Active Directory users and groups • Work in conjunction with the Managed Service Provider on some network activities o Administering LAN security, anti-virus measures and Windows updates o Monitoring Intrusion Detection System software o Review daily server system and event logs o Review server health, i.e., disk space, CPU, RAM o Reviews the daily performance of server systems and event logs. • Maintain inventory of all Bank computers and peripherals • Interact with various vendors regarding technical issues, installations and upgrades • Responds to user base inquiries regarding computer software and hardware issues. Provides technical support to customer service areas in assistance to Internet banking customers.
