　　Works in close coordination with the Administrator and provides clinicaldirection and oversight for the professional clinical staff and clinicaloperations. Serves as a liaison with the members of the staff, providesin-service education to assure compliance with regards to behavioralhealth services requirements, reviews and approves clinical policy andprocedures, provides input to the Quality Improvement/Safety/InfectionPrevention Committee, conducts clinical record review for the purpose ofclinical improvement, and makes staff recommendations. The ClinicalDirector may be employed or work per an established contract. Assurescompliance with state and federal law and Joint Commission accreditationrequirements.
