　　Job Description Summary:

　　The Clinical Digital Marketing Associate will provide specialised clinical input and support the marketing team by facilitating the creation and/or localisation of global marketing collateral and clinical education material to meet the requirements of the ANZ market. This role will have responsibility for the management of clinical digital collateral on the Litmos platform and be the clinical lead for Vascular Access Management (VAM) audit data analysis and output reports.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Responsible for the development of clinical education content to support the creation and localisation of digital collateral leveraging local video resources, in line with key marketing initiatives.Support the generation of clinical digital collateral destined for the BD Litmos platform, in line with key marketing initiatives.Liaise with WW & Regional marketing and local IT associates to help design and deliver clinical audit tools.In alignment with the business strategy, provide product training, clinical procedure training and technical assistance as required, utilising relevant educational and training resources.Tailor, plan for and coordinate education programs to meet individual customer requirements to support product trials, clinical simulations and implementations. Engage internal and external stakeholders to deliver on plan.Ensure a system is in place to gather feedback from customers engaged with and participating in BD digital education e.g. Litmos. Use this feedback and incorporate into continuous improvement practice.Have a sound knowledge of relevant Government legislation, standards and policies. Maintain a strong clinical knowledge relating to Medication Delivery, Infection Control, Healthcare Worker and Patient Safety issues. Keep abreast of current issues in the health care arena.Maintain company property, including computer equipment, in good working condition and in an image that always reflects the professional standards of BD.Adhere to the requirements of the Quality Management System as maintained by BD Australia and New Zealand.Use needs and gap assessments to ensure that the design and development of clinical digital resources meet current and future business needs.Partner with the Sales, Clinical & Marketing teams to design reports and dashboards that communicate results of programs, uptake and ROI of clinical marketing strategies.

　　Knowledge and Experience required:

　　Nursing qualification in an acute care setting (Essential)A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent preferred.Experience in the provision of adult education and training required.Business acumen and commercial awareness are desirable.Experience with SFDC, Marketo, Showpad, GlobalMeet, Litmos and Teams or related applications an advantage.Knowledge of and exposure to project management tasks.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Analytical thinking - ability to interpret and translate clinical data for meaningful insights.Demonstrated competence in computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
