JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB PURPOSE AND REPORTING STRUCTURE: Under the CCSProgram Manager, the CCS Clinical Coordinator is responsible forproviding day to day consultation to the Intake Coordinator, CareCoordinators, and Rehabilitation Specialists and ensuring overallclinical quality of services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned. Fulfills MentalHealth Professional/Substance Abuse Professional functions as defined inWisconsin Chapter DHS 36. Ensures that service plans and servicedelivery are integrated, coordinated, and monitored to promote theperson\'s highest possible level of independent functioning. Structuresand facilitates clinical collaboration with the team. Provides clinicalsupervision through individual or side-by-side sessions in providingassessments, facilitating service planning meetings, or offeringpsychosocial rehabilitation services. Maintains accessibility forday-to-day clinical consultation. Assesses, teaches, and offersdirection regarding the staff\'s (Care Coordinators, Intake Coordinator,and Rehabilitation Specialists) performance. Oversees the clinicalaspects of the CCS program, including related regulatory compliance.Develops and implements relevant policies and procedures. Assists theCCS Program Manager with hiring and orientation training for all newteam members. Assures that documentation in records is completed perregulations, policies and procedures. Ensures documentation is completedaccurately and timely, Participates in Continuous Quality Improvementefforts. Represents the agency with the certification body and fundingsources. Maintains positive working relations with funder MilwaukeeCounty Community Access to Recovery Services. SUPERVISORYRESPONSIBILITIES: Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordancewith the organization\'s policies and applicable laws and regulations.Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees;planning, assigning, and directing work; clinical supervision;appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; resolvingproblems and addressing complaints.
