　　Vibra Hospital of Fargo, located in Fargo, ND, is a 31 bed Critical CareHospital, providing acute care services to patients recovering from seriousillnesses or injuries. Often our patients require additional critical careservices for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectiousdiseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputationand ventilator weaning. As a smaller, specialized hospital, we offer anopportunity to work in a fast-paced and friendly work environment where youreally get to know your patients and their families.

　　Responsibilities

　　Responsible for assisting patients with personal hygiene and the activities ofdaily living. Provides assistance to licensed nursing personnel in theprovision of patient care by providing and documenting activities of dailyliving; and providing a clean, healthy and safe environment. Utilizesbasic infection control procedures, basic nutrition and fluid intake skills.Recognizes emergency situations and responds.Required Skills:High school diploma or equivalent required.Successful completion of in house clinical training program required.Additional Qualifications/Skills:Ability to project a professional image.Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in theworkplace.Benefits
