　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Solicit bids * Pre-qualify subcontractors * Setup and monitor option costs and sales prices * Maintain and update current budgets * Spread revised bids and obtain approval for any price increases * Prepare direct costs analysis and variances for review * Input original Direct Costs budget * Execute lot starts and final proof all unit costs

　　Education and/or Experience

　　Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
