　　 As an  RN  Admission Nurse  you'll be responsible for:

　　Assisting in the design and implementation of Bloom's market strategy

　　Oversight and management of all respective call points in the territory: Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Hospitals, as well as all outside care and referral partners (home health, hospice, etc. )

　　Will perform hospice admissions and support hospice census and growth within our communities (must be a Registered Nurse)

　　Successfully obtaining monthly, quarterly, and annual budget numbers and quotas ensuring the growth of the organization

　　Educating and meeting face to face with our patients, their families, and referral partners to assist them through the enrollment process

　　RN Admission Nurse Requirements:

　　Must hold and maintain a valid Registered Nursing license for the state of Colorado

　　Prior Sales or Marketing experience in Assisted Living, Hospital, Home Health, Hospice, and/or like industry is preferred.

　　Hospice experience is preferred

　　Proven track record of success in multiple sales roles

　　Clean driving record

　　Ability to work in US

　　The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. The pay range for this role in the state of Colorado typically falls between  $80,000.00 - $95,000.00  annually with the potential for performance-based bonuses and other benefits. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and location within the state.
