This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in aviation manufacturing and a keen eye for detail. You will be collaborating closely with diverse project teams to support repair and industrialization processes.Responsibilities:*Monitor and maintain repair readiness level status, including general upkeep.*Produce monthly metric reports using digital tools and other communication resources.*Support repair industrialization and provide basic troubleshooting for repair shops.*Manage component repair directory submissions through digital platforms and direct shop coordination.*Monitor and report on external growth figures.Desired Qualifications:*Degree in Mechanical/Industrial or Aerospace Engineering preferred*Knowledge of aviation parts manufacturing and repair processes.*Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding manufacturing routes/plans.*Eagerness to learn about repair industrialization processes and related metrics.*Strong data analysis skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.*Capability to interpret, communicate, and correct data and reports.*Due to the nature of the work, US Citizen or Permanent Residency requiredBelcan provides a competitive pay and benefits package.
