  The Clinical Administrative Coordinator, will work in a fast and high paced environment, managing high volume of calls and/or referrals from hospitals, referrals are split amongst admins. Admins/intake communicate often with case managers and sales rep. They coordinate with nursing and pharmacy to ensure pharmacy deliveries are made to patient's home, verify patient's insurance and cost, contact patient to discuss financial responsibility and discuss pharmacy processes such as infusions, and may manage other referrals processes as needed.

  This role is fast paced and the ideal candidate will have experience managing competing priorities and strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure patient information is captured accurately and efficiently during the intake and/or referral process.

  This is high volume, customer service environment. You'll need to be efficient, productive and thorough dealing with our members over the phone.

  This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work an 8-hour shift schedule during our normal business hours of 9:00am - 5:30pm EST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 9655 Florida Mining Blvd Suite 411, Jacksonville, FL 32257

  We offer 2-3 weeks of paid training. will shadow for about 1 week, on week 3 will still receiving referrals. Can take up to 6 months to be fully training. Training will be conducted onsite.

  Primary Responsibilities:

  Manage administrative intake of members Work with hospitals, clinics, facilities, and the clinical team to manage requests for services from members and/or providers Process incoming and outgoing referrals, and prior authorizations, including intake, notification, and census roles Assist the clinical staff with setting up documents/triage cases for Clinical Coverage Review Handle resolution/inquiries from members and/or providers

  Required Qualifications:

  High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience Must be 18 years of age OR older 2+ years of customer service experience Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel (create, edit, save documents and spreadsheets) and Outlook (email and calendar management) Ability to work onsite in 9655 Florida Mining Blvd Suite 411, Jacksonville, FL 32257 On-call rotation every 4th week (after hours Tuesday evening - Monday); ABLE TO WORK WEEKEND FROM HOME (DURING ON-CALL ONLY) Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday between 9:00am - 5:30pm EST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Experience working in a call center Knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT codes Clerical or administrative support background Experience working in a hospital, physician's office or medical clinic setting Experience working within the health care Industry and with health care insurance
