JOB TITLE: Clinic Manager, Sexualand Reproductive Health Services LOCATION: Hyannis, Sexual &Reproductive Health Services HOURS: Full time, some evenings requiredSALARY: \$85,000 BENEFITS: Medical, dental, holiday, paid earned leave,403b, etc. OVERVIEW: Under the supervision of the Regional Director ofSexual and Reproductive Health Services, the Clinic Manager isresponsible for ensuring the provision of client centered,trauma-informed, low-barrier services, particularly for peopledisproportionately impacted by poor health outcomes, including thosewith low incomes, unhoused individuals, people with substance usedisorders or mental health concerns, victims and survivors of domesticviolence, sexual assault, and human trafficking; immigrants, LGBTQIA+individuals, and youth by: Managing the daily operations of the clinic,providing direct care and support for clinical operations and ensuringcompliance with practice policies and procedures. Hiring, supervision,training, and evaluation of personnel. Implementing new policies,procedures, and initiatives. Managing laboratory compliance includinglaboratory controls, proficiency, testing, and equipment calibration andverification requirements Ensuring operational and fiscal requirementsCompleting required monthly reports Creating systems that ensure qualityand access to inclusive services and overseeing continuous qualityimprovement activities. Other duties as assigned by the RegionalDirector of Sexual and Reproductive Health Services. RequirementsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor?s degree in health-related field andat least 3 years managing a clinical, behavioral, or health program. Acommitment to and passion for Health Imperatives? mission and values.Maintain flexible schedule to meet program needs including some eveningsand/or occasional weekends. Strong organizational skills, flexibility,and ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, results-orientedenvironment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experienceworking with diverse populations and ability to demonstrate culturalhumility. Reliable transportation. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bilingual;medical assistant experience; experience working with eCW electronicmedical record system.
