　　Job Posting Summary

　　The Academic Affairs Administrator positions will support various programs and departments within Academic Affairs. The role will offer general administrative support to the Academic departments. The exact responsibilities will differ slightly based on the needs of the hiring department, and will be communicated by the hiring manager during the interview process. This position will provide the student with a wonderful opportunity to learn about Mercy University and Higher Education in general, while honing skills that will serve them well once they graduate and start their professional journey.

　　Qualifications

　　This role will require general office software application skills (Word, Excel and Outlook email), strong communication skills, a willingness to learn and desire to be a team player.

　　These positions will vary between 12-15 hours a week, will pay $16 per hour, and will be in effect for the 2023 - 2024 Academic Year.

　　Physical/Other Requirements:

　　Must be able to push, pull, move or lift up to 50 lbs.

　　Must be able to meet all general health requirements for the position as per university policies.

　　Mercy University promotes a community campus environment. As a result, employment is limited to the following states: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania.
