Client Success Leader

The Client Success Leader will lead a team ofaccount executives and work collaboratively with our executive team todrive growth, foster client satisfaction, and cultivate strategicalliances.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
Develop and implement strategic account management initiatives to ensureclient retention, satisfaction, and growth.
Lead, mentor, and empower a team of Account Executives to excel in theirroles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ITservices and solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
Monitor key performance metrics and develop action plans to addressissues and optimize account management processes.
Strategic Relationship Building
Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key clients, strategicpartners, industry associations, and stakeholders.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs, industry trends,and emerging technologies to guide strategic planning.
Leverage relationships to create new business opportunities and revenuestreams.
Client Engagement and Satisfaction
Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, understanding their businessgoals and aligning our services to support them.
Proactively address client concerns and provide solutions to enhancetheir IT environments.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that client objectives aremet on time and within budget.
Revenue Growth and Business Development
Develop and execute strategies to expand revenue from existing clientsthrough upselling, cross-selling, and value-added services.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the clientbase.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop targetedstrategies for business growth.
Strategic Planning
Contribute to the development of the company\'s strategic plan byproviding insights and recommendations based on market trends and clientfeedback.
Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts related toaccount management and strategic relationships.
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:

Required:
Must be based within a commutable distance of one of the High Touchlocations (Wichita, Kansas City, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Denver).
Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management and strategicpartnerships within the IT Managed Services industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and achieving revenue growth targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
Adept at building and maintaining professional networks.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Deep knowledge of IT services, technology trends, and industry bestpractices.
Bachelor\'s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
