　　Your responsibilities

　　You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

　　Receive and send written business correspondence

　　Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion

　　Organize and route incoming telephone calls

　　Requirements - Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

　　2+ years of past relevant experience

　　Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

　　Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

　　Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

　　Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Highrise, and InsightlyAbility to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

　　Data entry experience

　　Microsoft Office experience highly desired

　　General familiarity with Phone Etiquette

　　Proven knowledge of Microsoft Excel

　　Comprehensive knowledge of customer service

　　Foundational knowledge in Salesforce.com

　　Well-founded grasp of Administrative Assistance

　　Expertise in Superior Customer Service

　　Practical knowledge of Administrative Office

　　Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

　　Excellent oral and written communication skills
