Responsibilities:Maintain food and beverage quality and guest service standardsLead, train, and mentor food preparation staffManage departmental budget and expense plansAchieve budgeted revenues and expenses, maximize profitabilityDevelop financial and operational plans supporting hotel objectivesSupervise banquet and restaurant personnel, conduct evaluationsMonitor and analyze customer satisfaction and financial reportsEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures
Skills & Abilities:Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to motivate and lead a diverse teamProblem-solving and multitasking abilitiesPositive reputation within the community
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Management, Hotel Management, or Business preferredTwo years F&B supervisory experience requiredPhysical ability to lift 50 pounds and perform various tasksFlexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
