  Apto Solutions is hiring for a Client Services Representative. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and customer service skills, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team:

  Responsibilities:

  The Client Services Representative will:   

  Develop value-based and trusting relationships with Clients, Internal departments, and partners.  

  Follow up and respond to customers by providing information within specific time frames

  Ensure the promotion of awareness of requirements throughout the organization.

  Ensure the Client jobs are being processed within negotiated time frames. 

  Work with Clients and their customers to schedule return shipments. 

  Work with Clients and their customers to resolve issues. 

  Contribute to the preparation and delivery of client presentations 

  Assist in the development for measuring quality and quantity standards for Clients.

  Work directly with accounting to ensure documentation and payment terms are being met.  

  Communicates with other departments to report and resolve problems that arise from Client inquiries, complaints, and status updates

  Performs other duties as assigned

  Qualifications: Skills/Qualifications:

  5+ years of related experience

  High level of attention to detail and focus on quality

  Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interface and coordinate with company staff and key customers diplomatically and professionally

  Strong presentation and communication skills, as well as research and writing skills

  Excellent analytic ability/logic and reasoning skills

  Ability to manage multiple priorities in an organized fashion

  Energetic, decisive, and action/results oriented

  Computer Skills:

  Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups)

  Experience with Google Docs and Microsoft Word

  A strong understanding of current technology

  Recommended Education/Training:

  Bachelor's degree

  Certification in Project Management (PMP)

  Location: Atlanta, GA, 30318

  Hybrid with minimum 3 days in the office.
