Summary:
The Administrative Director of the Specialty Provider Network provides strategic leadership to develop and maintain a clinically integrated provider network as part of a regional hospital system. The Administrative Director is focused on executing provider network strategy, expansion, physician engagement and program leadership. The achievement of core objectives is supported through leadership of high performing network/performance management, governance, system applications and provider data.
Responsibilities:
• Develops and maintains a clinically integrated provider (CIN) network including expansion, physician engagement and program management. Partners with others within the system to identify target areas for expansion and growth that align with core strategic programmatic goals. Fosters collaborative efforts across the provider network that lead and support our key areas to including information management through data analytics and reporting tools; care coordination; quality development, process management, and quality improvement.
• Engages with leaders across the hospital system and within the community to ensure successful implementation of our value care mission. The Administrative Director will engage and collaborate with organizations on methods and best practices of identifying and improving patient health outcomes, patient satisfaction and operational efficiencies. Plans, directs, evaluates and oversees all aspects of the network business plan in collaboration with other senior leaders and system colleagues. Develops and supports a sound infrastructure as well as policies and procedures consistent with these objectives.
• Develops an effective and efficient team to manage the network management operations. Leads team operations to ensure operational strategies and goals are met. Makes decisions regarding recruitment, training and management of the network team members to assure high-performance.
• Identifies scenarios where risk is present and change is necessary by monitoring and evaluating market conditions, performance, or similar data. Develops a refinement strategy and tactically initiate and manage necessary change to mitigate this risk.
• Monitors industry trends in value-based reimbursement to both identify and evaluate alternative revenue opportunities to support financial goals. . Acts as an expert on issues and details surrounding network growth and performance. Interpret complex data and collaborate with content experts to understand key data points and correlate this information to operational goals. Act as the point of accountability for delivering large scale, complex, and cross-organizational projects and/or program strategy deliverables on time and on budget. Provide leadership and direction to ensure network complies with all applicable standards and contracted requirements.
• Lead network communication and effective implementation of policies and growth strategies. Lead efforts that facilitate and support effective communication to support success. strong active listening skills and be able to communicate verbally and in written communication with people of all skill levels and abilities.

Required
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 10 or more years of experience in a variety of health care and/or insurance roles, including at least 5 years with management experience.
• Previous experience managing physicians in IPA, CINs, and/or ACOs desired.
Preferred
• Master’s Degree
• Certified Practice Management Executive (CPME) certification as issued by the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA)
