The Client Service Representative (CSR) is the oil that makes ourexceptional client service machine run smoothly. They performtransactions and tasks essential to managing efficient insurance,benefit, and/or risk management programs. The CSR executes policy andplan changes, provides evidence of insurance, and helps create proposalsthat exhibit complex programs in more easily understood and comparativeformats for our clients. They assist in keeping our client informationup to date in our agency management system, facilitating a collaborativeservice experience and empowering our client portal. The CSR worksclosely with the full account servicing team to answer questions, accessand deploy resources, place coverage, and negotiate terms and conditionson behalf of clients.
EXECUTION OF CLIENT SERVICE
Supports Account Managers, Producers, Account Executives, and otherinternal department members to flawlessly execute MMA Midwest\'sservice strategy for each client, designed to create measurablevalue and efficiencies in their businessesProcesses plan changes, as needed or requested by the client,checking for consistency and documenting in the appropriate systemBuilds personalized client relationships through demonstratedunderstanding of the service plan and multiple channels ofcommunication such as phone, email, and in-person meetingsLeverages insurance knowledge and communication skills to explaincoverage terms, program options, and other items to clients asneededWorks with internal departments to ensure cohesiveness andtimeliness of service executionManages time effectively to prioritize workload, client servicerequests, and service parameters on business processesDATA AND PROCESS INTEGRITY
Maintains accurate and complete client data in agency managementsystems including policy detail, activities, and attachmentsConsistently achieves data integrity and meets activity timeliness,quality metrics, and goalsFollows processes and procedures in servicing workflow, maintainingappropriate and clear documentation of client and carrierconversations, taking appropriate action, and following up asrequestedUtilizes internal resources for identified processes to ensureefficiency and consistency in executionPEER RELATIONSHIPS
Provides feedback and shares information at team meetingsParticipates in ongoing scheduled meetings with service team todiscuss accounts, renewals, service needs, service platform, etc.Develops successful and effective working relationships withProducers, Account Executives, Account Managers, service teammembers, managers, carriers, and members of other departmentsCommunicates effectively with Account Managers and provides timelyand complete information to allow them to effectively manage serviceexecutionREQUI ED:
