Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking a Lead Revenue Analyst to join the Revenue Management team supporting the Mutual Fund and Retirement Solutions (MFRS) business. In this role, you will use your strong background in project management, process improvement, and advanced proficiency in Excel. You will lead a team of 3 other individuals and carry out such tasks as monthly invoice creation, mathematical analysis of data, and assessing financial risk.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge officeandgiven the flexibility to work remote.
Responsibilities:
Handle monthly invoice creation, general ledger entries and calculation of month-end accruals, amortization, and revenue deferrals
Act as a subject matter expert in our platforms and products to be a self-directed problem solver, with a focus on execution, accountability, ownership and driving change
Create and generate analytics by utilizing mathematical analysis, judgment, and business knowledge to create recommended journal entry activity, other financial transactions, and provide guidance to the business
Ensure compliance in meeting Sarbanes-Oxley controls and requirements, regulations from the SEC, and client contracts by interpreting circumstances, recommending key controls and/or other solutions to management, writing narratives for new processes, implementing any necessary processes to support the designed controls and ensuring controls are met by junior staff
Participate in cross-project planning to resolve conflicts in project priorities, resourcing, schedule, and scope
Communicate effectively with peers and leaders in related functional areas in order to ensure client satisfaction consistent with company values
Be responsible for leading and executing projects and initiatives
Review existing processes (non-Oracle and Oracle); evaluate and recommend opportunities to enhance processes and procedures
Assess financial risk and minimize the organizations and clients exposure or liabilities by recommending and implementing solutions to minimize the identified risks
Ensure data and analytics are presented in a structured and easy to understand manner including recommendations and actionable insights for management based upon the analysis performed.
Identify trends in processes and provide proposals on efficiencies that can be utilized through improved workflows between internal departments
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred
4-6 years of experience in finance
Experience leading a team
Knowledge of performing comprehensive financial statement analyses
Excellent organization, oral and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, lead multiple priorities and work under pressure
Proficiency with Oracle EBS, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word, etc.
Must be able to work a minimum of 2 days in the office
Salary range $80,000 - $90,000 annual. Bonus Eligible.
