Client Manager, Energy, Power and Renewables - Global & Corporate
Due to significant internal growth we are seeking a Client Manager to join the Energy, Power and Renewables team in our Global & Corporate segment within Aon Risk Solutions. Global & Corporate specialises in the provision of exceptional Insurance and Risk Management Services to clients supporting the energy transition in Australia.
Our Energy, Power and Renewables segment is a national division tailored to providing our clients with the ability to make better decisions in executing the energy transition in Australia. Your portfolio would be broad and encompass energy, power and renewable energy clientsin this exciting growth segment across Australia.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane office.

What the day will look like
Managing key stakeholder relationships and enhancing the client experience
Attracting, retaining and growing clients; and designing appropriate servicing solutions
Contributing to the strategic direction of the Global & Corporate business
Working with our Client Service Support, Broking, Claims and the wider Aon Global network to deliver optimised outcomes for the client
Ensuring client and portfolio profitability is maintained
Mentoring and developing colleagues within Aon

Skills and experience that will lead to success
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience and success servicing a portfolio of clients. Key requirements include:
Extensive experience within the insurance market managing a portfolio of clients
Strong technical understanding of a broad range of Insurance products and risk solutions
Experience in handling large claims
Excellent cross selling abilities, identifying consulting services that will support our clients risk management strategy
Exceptional and pro-active client relationship management capabilities, which includes attracting, retaining and growing clients
Strong negotiation and relationship building skills with exceptional communication abilities
Experience in designing and delivering general lines product solutions, both operational and construction
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and territories.
